Exterior Cladding

There are many options to cover the ouside of your home. More often than not, people prefer a combination of two or three different claddings. We want to make your home beautiful. Anything you can imagine, we can install!

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl siding is inexpensive and relatively easy to install. The result is the lowest cost cladding available. Vinyl can be safely pressure washed and never requires painting which means low maintenance. Another benefit is that it may be exempt from the rainscreen requirement.

Cedar Siding and Shakes

Real cedar siding and shakes can lend a stylish westcoast feel to a home. Cedar is resistant to water damage and pests such as carpenter ants tend to avoid it. Above all the finished product is beautiful. While corner trims will reduce the cost of installation, a mitered or laced corner gives a cleaner look.

Hardi Siding and Panels

Less expensive than cedar, and even more resistant to moisture and pests, hardi has become the cladding of choice for many new home and condo developers. Since it's not practical to mitre corners together, corner trims are necessary.

Stucco

Stucco is widely used on all types of buildings in Metro Vancouver. Used in the right application, the look will be beautiful and long lasting. Chunky finishes tend to stay clean looking for longer than smooth acrylic. Also, overhangs are a must. Stucco, like all concrete, is porous and will absorb moisture. Weather protection and proper maintenance will be important.

Corrugated Steel

Steel is often thought of as a roofing product and indeed it is. But, on commercial buildings, barns and modern homes, corrugated steel can add texture and style. Steel is available in a wide range of colors and profiles, and because it's powder coated and not painted, maintenance costs are lower.
