Because every leak is unique, the methods of determining their precise location are as well. Our knowledge of how water moves through your building allows us to pinpoint leaks while causing minimal damage.

     

Visual inspection is our first tool in finding the source. In many cases the source of water penetration is apparent.               

     

Non-invasive moisture testing is also a usefull and cost effective means of determination. One must remember that the place where moisture accumulates is not necessarily the source of the leak. 

    

In less obvious circumstances, it is necessary to use more intrusive methods such as direct water testing and drywall removal.
